Today morning at home affairs randfontein, we stood in a long queue, and waited till the designated staff arrived around 8:20 after a few hours a security guard whom I've discovered is Ishmael by name began counting the people in the queue, I was counted as number 80 in the queue, after a list was sent out to get filled in, which we did fill in, waiting for over 9 hours in the sun, on an empty stomach hoping to get help when we finally reached the door after their staff taking a lunch way over an hour after returning the wait wasn't over, as we reached the door, we were told by the manager to head home, as they have reached their 150 target, which didn't make sense as people who had arrived after us for collection so basically the collection was used to fill the target.

I hope a solution can be given and the matter can be solved.
