Please can your office intervene, in the delayed service delivery at the University of Johannesburg.

There is a process of accreditation, which is completely ridiculous and is very lengthy, there have been many complaints and issues with receiving accommodation payments for Private Student Accommodation.

1000's if students who currently reside at these residences will be displaced if something is not done urgently.

Accommodations can't be sustained without receiving accommodation payments for much longer.
Sadly some have already succumbed to the financial burdens, where Municipality accounts & Banks are not patient with unpaid debts mounting .

Namely the accommodations who have already been accredited by NSFAS offices , as well as WITS university who are exceptional in their service, and are so professional.

We hope to urgently see some feedback soon
