I am writing this complaint out of frustration about lack of response by the Hawks to my inquiry about progress on the case against Nala local municipality opened in 2011.

My follow up to this case started as far back as during the tenure of LG Dramat and earlier this year I began inquiring again. I have sent emails to Brig. Mulaudzi, Brig. Zama, Sonandzie and last week to Amelia Monaheng in your office but I am not getting any joy.

Yesterday I sent another follow up to a certain AF Mokoena in the Free State Hawks and still no luck.

Could you please check with these officers why does it take so long to provide feedback (what I wanted to establish is whether or not the case is still opened or closed, and if opened, how far is it and if closed, what were the reasons and how was it resolved)
