Dear Mr president Bhekicele . Am Sibongile Gwangqa from petoria menlyn, I would like to share my complain to you. Here is I am filing a complaint against Detective mohlala working at Brooklyn police station. Reason being, I opened a case on January for fraud and intimidation. They withdrawn the case claiming that I don’t have evidence, so I provided evidence to them because they never came to collect the evidence as they promised to come. Detectivemohlala said the reason of not taking my evidence is because he had to come with me to the prosecutor for the prosecutor to decide whether to open the case or not. He never came or got back to me. So, I decided to reconsider mr Mabelane, who brought me my file with a withdrawn case due to no footage provided. And again, I explained to him that mr Mohlala said that, he was going to come to my work to collect the footage but even if he came the South African cameras there no voices so they won't have prove never did instead he withdrew the case. Mr Mohlala told me that in SA footages don’t have sound. Also, he said that my file was scratched from the front page and therefore it wouldn’t have been taken to court the fraud case can you please attend my case please. Regard Sibongile Gwangqa.
