I am writing this to you with a very heavy heart and a I can say that I am very disappointed in the SAPS services. My younger sister's under aged daughter was raped in November 2023 and everything was reported with a concrete evidence that does not need any questioning. The police when we following up on the case because the person responsible for the crime is roaming around surely planning to rape another minor, the police tells us they can't arrest him because he has epilepsy so is ghat really fair,when he rapes he doesn't have epilepsy but when justice needs to be served then we are told about epilepsy. Why is Saps failing us and pretend as if they are concerned 😟 why?
