Good day Minister
I am hereby lodging a complain against one of the public school here in free state

1.I have served as sgb member since 2018. And have been reporting maladministration at our school.
2.the school has been operating without policies and code of conduct.
3.Principal has been misusing the school finances which led to here suspension.
4.The sgb has been undermined by district office of Thabo mofutsanyana.
5.Principal and circuit manager are abusing their powers. By interfering with the sgb responsibility
5.Due to this complaints to the upper level at Provincial office of MEC. My child has felt a victim
6.Now my child is sitting at home because the school has expelled him from school hostels without following the proper procedure as stated in the South African school act 84 of 1996.
7.We were not consulted as parents to sit down and reach agreement for fair hearing.
8.constitutional rights to quality education has been violated.
I am hereby asking for your assistance in this matter. So that my child can be accommodated at school again while busy addressing my concerns.
The school name is Majweng Primary Farm School situated on the farm called Diatalawa Near Harrismith town.
