I am not sure if you are the right person to request this from. If not, will you kindly forward this to the right person.

I believe there will be more political will to fix the health and basic education systems if government officials are compelled to send their own children to public schools and they have to make use of public hospitals.

I also believe that they should be responsible for their own security, the same as ordinary citizens.

Can you start a petition to that effect?
