We appeal to the Minister to assist & support our NPOs to access infrastructure upgrade funding for the purpose of beneficiaries in attendance of services being provided in a form of training and development and social welfare, demand is very high in a 2800 units Asla Park Community that it's inputs in the IDP Budget is always abandoned. The Provincial Manager NLCSA Western Cape must avail herself to assist with training workshop for Application Forms .
