I recently visited the website trying to make contact with the department.

I could not find contact details - from minister to administrative staff

May I suggest that the website must be revamped, and details on how to access the minister be made public

The website need to communicate the professionalism it deserves

Higher edication is responsible for training and preparing many for excellence but the website of the department reflects the opposite
