Dear Mr Joe Phaatlha I'm a concern south african citizen my one year old daughter got sick yesterday night around 19H00 so around 3H00 she got worse i called an ambulance around 6H00 it came around 4H00 upon our arrival in Phedisong 4 the nurses shouted at me telling me that y didn't i wait until the morning because the ambulance is not a public transport my question is that was i wrong to call the ambulance? Please assist me on this one
