my name is kgotso Toso Im a motheo TVET college student who has a big problem concerning my current living situation in bloemfontein its a long story so ill try to be as brief as possible i was living at a nsfas accommodation Named NALEDI since january of 2026 but as a semester student i have to reapply for accommodation every 6 months come late around 25 to the 31th july i try to apply to to naledi it says rejected i inform my landlord he says its a small problem he`ll sort it out come the 5th of august he comes back and says Mr chabalala the person who works with the nsfas claims at school requested our proof of registrations to put as on the portal so under the impression that the situation has been fixed we continue living on the 31th of august Mr chabalala calls a meeting for all the students that live at naledi to come to campus at the meeting he informs us then only that the accommodation had been closed in july already between the 10th and 20th and we should move out in search for different accommodation but so we inform him that we are semester students and we got R2500 where we were meant to get R1700 he then informed us that he claimed us as transport students even thou we are not local to bloemfontein and we live over 100kilometers away all 3 of us and then told us to go look for our own accommodation which we`ll have to pay out our pockets with money only god knowns where it will come from and he told us that he wont be able to correct this issue so now we are 3 students stranded in bloemfontein without means to pay accommodation because of a mistake we didnt make so i just wanted to is there anyway you could be of assistance in this matter
