Dear Minister,

I trust this message finds you well. I renewed my drivers licence in January 2020 however it was not ready when I went to collect it a few weeks later and, then the lockdown happened so I did not get a chance to collect it.

Now that some of the centres will be opening from 1 June 2020, do I have to go into the testing centre every time to check if it's ready, or will I be notified when my new drivers licence is ready for collection, or what is the plan please with those of us who renewed before lockdown and, now waiting to collect?
