Greeting Minister

There is a crisis in the SASSA offices in Mandeni, I just been sent a video where old people are made to wait from 6 till and now it's 1pm they haven't been attended to nor assisted. The employees there don't seem to be people centred.

This email seeks to request some urgent intervention from your department.
