Dear Honourable Members

Please consider this Proposal to either issue a Directive to clarify the application of the Disaster Management Regulations to Community Schemes, or to amend the regulations to remove the current uncertainty caused by various interpretations and so put an end to the substantial hardship this is causing during Lockdown.
