Let me take this time to welcome you in your new position.

I am writing to you as Sanco Deputy Chairperson on behalf my community (Gubevu Village in King Williams Town -EC).

We would like to request your immediate intervention here as Mr Nkwinti ignored us until he was moved to the new position.

We have been reporting and requesting Mr Nkwinti to come down here and listen to the people and resolve the matter as people here are no longer confident that your East London branch officials are working towards settling this claim.

To cut the long story short,Drdlr officials (Mr Memela & Mrs Buso) has for many years been telling us lies,they would come and tell us that we will compensated in the next financial year as processes are almost completed,many financial years passed even now the claim has not been settled and they quite again,they even ignoring our calls these days.

They refused to give the community the copy of the claim,they were also reluctant to give the community the claim's reference number as we wanted to know the status of our claim, they later gave us: 6/2/2/D/40/0/0/03 as the reference but another person in that same office doubted such a reference number.

In November 2017,they came to tell us that the evaluator has been hired by the DG but they did not know when the evaluation process will take place,they were to come back with that information in January but its March now.

They made us to suspect foul play in this matter.

Mama,all we would like from you is to get to the bottom of this,please do ensure that this old claim is settled and please do remove the rot in your department.
