I would like to be proactive and recommend the CIT2ADM geolocation App for the Police. This App will allow the police on the ground to take a photo on their mobile phones and "Report Back" with the geolocation address of the building or event in real time - with or without a written report. This "Citizen to Admin" Mobile App could also be used by ordinary citizens or team members of the police
