Dear Leon, I have been living in Cape Town legally (permanent citizen) from 1998, married to SA citizen. In 2016 I applied for my citizenship at the Cape Town office. On March 2023 (via email) was the last time I heard from the office saying that my application has been approved and I have to wait for someone to contact me...AGAIN, nothing...
How can I take it forward?? it has been 9 years in the process...is there a department which is dealing with advanced applications?
