My name is Christo Swanepoel and I am speaking on behalf of the residents of Fouriesburg in the Eastern Freestate.
We would like to thank you and congratulate you and your team for assuring that there is no more Load shedding.
We also would like to bring under your attention that in the greater Dihlabeng are (Fouriesburg) we have a very unstable power supply, when the wind is blowing or Thunder we are without power and when the power is off we don't have water as well. When we as residents contact Eskom offices to report or to get feedback we only get messages stating they are aware of the problem and are working on it, not what happened and when to expect the problem to be resolved.
Sir we ask of you to please have a look into this situation as we have businesses to run and we have elderly people that can't afford to be without electricity for long periods of time as theyare using life supporting equipment that is using electricity.
There is definitely a lack of maintenance or old and redundant equipment that needs replacement.

I know and understand that you sir are a very busy person and that you have to satisfy all of South Africa but we as a community ask that you will help us in this regard.
