My name is sonto my child is 8 years of age in grade 4 a at marakabela primary school in dresden, burgusford, limpopo as a province

On the 13 /03/24 my child got injured at school premises while playing with her class mates, whr 1 of the student who was supposed to hold the metal of a broken desk that they were playing with was put down and my child to fall.


A teacher was informed by 1 of the students That my child was bleeding, in her response she told the student to tell my child to go rinse with water (" not even calling my child to see the damage or...injury)"

Then my child went home without being taken to clinic or having 1st aid

"when coming from work was surprised by blood on her shirt and she told me on what happened at school course her 2 front teeth were broken in half, and she was swollen in her mouth not able to talk in tears when telling what happened..

Then as a parent I had to call /whatsapp one of her teachers, which she told me that she was informed by 1 of the students but she didn't take it seriously hence she just said she must go rinse her mouth with water not even going out to envistigate outside on what happened..

On the 14/03/24 I got a call to come to school to meet with principal on arraval the principal greated and said he blames me as a parent for why did I sent my daughter to school not for medical attention ??

"Talk about the very same school that failed to do 1st aid on my child"

On my response :I told him my reason of not taking her to the doctors were that since yesterday on the 13/03/24 no 1 bordered seing my child I wanted the school to 1st see the damage on how hurt my child was.. cause I believe they were policies and procedures that were needed to be followed in the 13th or some form of acknowledgement that my child was hurt /injured in school premises before taking her for intense medical attention..and later apologized for him not being professional..

Questions I asked the school were :

Why was the school neglected by living old metal of desks in public exposed, for kids to gain access to?

Why did the teacher not act Whn kids went to her reporting about the incident, especially Whn the was blood involved?

why didn't they take care of the injury in same day? And expected me to take the child to the doctor?

Why was I as a parent not informed especially if the child was bleeding?

i found the school negligent under safety of our kids, why kids play with metals while teachers are the present

I had to take my child to dentist whr it was found that 3 of her tooth were affected, they had to remove 2, and need to come back for 1 to be patched, what hurts the most is that: she will never be able to grow one of her teeth back for the rest of her life...

Due to school negligence under health and safety of our kids

The doctor advised of a medical procedure that needs a lot of money or medical aid to perform for her not to use false teeth for the rest of her life...

Kindly assist now its been almost a month nothing from the school or the department of education limpompo since I forwarded it to them, I don't want to go to the media about all this but I feel like they the provincial doesn't care even after laying a formal complain with them
