Honorable Minister my son applied for an ID at vanderbijlpark office in 2016 and when he went to collect it was traced in barkley west in northern cape bearing a false picture.the manager at the office has failed dismally to resolve the problem and has not been able to resolve the matter.i have been running at the office for past 5years and no help.this has affected my child a lot because he lost the NSFAS bursary because of this matter and he cant apply for a drivers license too.i am unemployed and visiting the office everytime and to be told that the issue has not been resolved hits me hard in the pockets and affects us mentally too.please help us!!!
