Im stuck, and the home office tells me only you can help.

My daughters passport application has been stuck since 2018 on the system, and nobody can resolve the matter. The home office in Roberston said that they have emailed the head office multiple times with no reaction. The previous application just needs to be delected so that we can lodge a new application.

This is very urgent now as we are traveling in 4 weeks. I really need your help.
