Dear Mr Motsoaledi. My name is charity lindiwe Mdlalose. I'm am 23yrs old. I really need your help please. I'm struggling. I don't have parents I was raised by an old lady with a good heart. She took me in while I was still young hoping that maybe my parents will come back to look for me. I don't have a birth certificate and I don't have an ID. It's been four years now I can't go further with my studies. I did my matric in 2016 but couldn't continue because of not having an ID. Please help me. I also wish to be like other children and have access to education. I'm begging you please help me. May God bless.
