Dear Ms Thokozile Didiza.

We hope this email finds you well. As young and upcoming farmers in Mmametlhake, we are reaching out to express the challenges we are facing within the agricultural department. Despite our enthusiasm and dedication to farming, we are encountering significant obstacles that hinder our progress.

Lack of Resources and Assistance
We are struggling to access essential resources, including water, which is crucial for our farming activities. Unfortunately, the Dr JS Moroka Municipality requires us to pay a fee for water supply, which is challenging for us as young farmers with no steady income besides our harvested crops ¹. Our limited financial resources are already stretched thin, making it difficult to sustain our farms.

Poor Communication and Feedback
Furthermore, we have experienced inconsistent communication and feedback from the officials responsible for assisting young farmers. We often receive conflicting information, and sometimes, our queries are left unanswered. This lack of transparency and accountability has led to frustration and uncertainty among our community.

Request for Investigation and Support
We respectfully request your assistance in investigating the matter regarding the resources and assistance provided by the Mmametlhake agricultural department. We would appreciate it if you could look into the following:

- _Availability of resources_: Water supply, farming equipment, and training programs
- _Communication channels_: Establish clear and reliable communication channels for young farmers
- _Feedback mechanisms_: Implement a system to ensure timely and constructive feedback

We believe that addressing these challenges will enable us to contribute meaningfully to the agricultural sector and improve our community's food security.

Thank you for considering our concerns. We look forward to your response and potential solutions.

Sincerely,
Makoae Prince
