Why has the portfolio committee of DHET failed to ensure the minister holds the CETA CEO accountable on the myriad of corruption allegations since last year? I believe that committee has received numerous reports from many stakeholders which you may also be aware of, yet that CEO is still presiding over that CETA? Please advise if that CEO enjoys any form of protection from accountability and untouchable as it appears so? I trust that justice shall unfold through your leadership even though it has been undeniably delayed?
