It is so sad to report that as a SA citizen that made an appointment to change my ID, the appointment time has not been kept. No one bothers to inform us as to what the delays are, treated as non entities.

Should we all resort to go to the banks where at least we are treated like humans? It’s been an hour and some of us have to go back to work- fortunately so - but wasted time by coming to this office. Can you intervene for others because I am so over this government entity that treats people like trash

Maybe it’s time Home affairs is treated like a private entity or maybe privatise it. We are paying anyway, nothing will be new in that
