Could you please consider to close all shops that sell old cellphones only.Have you ever asked yourself why there are shops selling only old phones and where the shop onwers buy those phones.

People are mugged almost every second for cellphones.These cellphone are sold cheap to these shop owners.Some people even lose their lives when mugged.
