Dear Minister Hanekom
Thank you for taking the time to read this email in an extremely busy schedule of yours. I'll get straight to it.
In March 2018 I sat my local tour guiding exam (Western Cape) which I've subsequently passed. One might think "YAY" but not quite. To date I have still not been registered and all CATHSETA keeps coming back with is "system issues". I believe them to be extremely incompetent with no-one (including the management team) showing very little commitment to resolving this issue. I have no outstanding funds so in essence this is money out of my pocket when I could have been working and earning an income and and and...
My frustration in dealing with this SETA has left me dumbfounded and urgently appeal to you to appoint someone willing to take accountability for resolving such a simple, straight forward matter of mine. I'd be more than happy to share the various correspondence I've had with CATHSETA
I don't know where else to turn to and hope you are able to assist or perhaps point me in the right direction.
