Good day Minister,
I’m a 40 year old male residing in Johannesburg.
My brother Anela Kwezi was brutally murdered, Stubbed with sharp object in a public space daylight by his best friend in the 11th November 2011.
After he stubbed himself he drove him to the hospital but unfortunately he died on their way to the hospital. The Police were called on the scene, the offender told them what transpired and never denied killing him but until today the offender is still on the lose galavanting in the street of Kraaifontein as if there’s nothing happened.
I have been tossing and turning trying to chase the case with SAPS with no luck, still no arrest made.
The docket keeps on getting lost or being of it doesn’t get returned from the court for incomplete information and recently it had been discovered from the achieves and there’s still no progress with it.
I would therefore like you to intervene in this matter as I feel that we have been tossing and turning amongst Kraaifontein SAPS members seeking for help with no success, this is regarding the murder of my younger brother who was brutally murdered by his well-known close friend in Kraaifontein about a year ago with no arrests being made.
I should also disclose that I see no progress on this case other than the suspense that I have about it, and that there are so many ups and downs occurred without any resolution as the matter still stands.
I would appreciate a call from your office regarding this matter for any clarity which may be required from me.
