It is with the deepest sadness to inform you that we are living in fear as a Community of Matsulu (Nelspruit -Mpumalanga Province). The SAPS are not helping at all. I am one of those victims of house break-ins and adapted, dumped in the bushes at a gunpoint cars taken. They stole two of my vehicles D4D's (Fortuner and double cap) the gang-leader being my neighbor. I saw him and I identified him to the police, he was arrested in Maputo and your SAPS get him out of jail immediately we informed them that he was arrested in Maputo with his crew.

We have abazalwane at Mozambique which happen that one of them is a cop in Mozambique, we called him and he assist us with our vehicles and the thiefs were arrested. Unfortunately the Fortuner D4D was not recovered. Your SAPS refused to go Mozambique, fine we went to Mozambique on our own and retrieve the double cap D4D and they showed us the people who stole our vehicles and one of them was our neighbor. We took picture of them and show them the our SAPS. We were told that we're jeopardizing the case.

Immediately, after we told them that these people were in Maputo cell, the SAPS went there and release our neighbor only. We were told that he escaped in Maputo according to my knowledge no-one escape prison at our African countries except South Africa. At that time we were sleeping at my mother-in-law's house and guess what he was next to us, our s'gebengu moved straight to where we were. He was moving around at night but stay in doors during the day.

We had a tip off from his niece, that how we know that our sgebengu moved closer to our hiding place. We did informed your SAPS. The day we informed the SAPS, it was the day he moved to other section in our township. (THAT CANNOT BE A CO-INCIDENT). These people are specializing in Toyota bakkies; Toyota SUV's; Ford and other bakkies.

Lesi s'gebengu took one of my neighbors 4X4. After sometime our top sgelekeqe ended-up in hospital. All his victims including myself, we wanted to visit him and we were blocked by SAPS not to. We're informed of his progress in hospital and also assured that he will never escape. I remember driving back from KZN and my husband got a call from a reliable source stating that our sgelekeqe has escaped. Immediately, my husband called the Officer in-charge and He assured us that lesi sgebengu won't escape. We did the follow-up with the Officer, He kept on lying to us that isigebengu sethu was still in hospital henceforth he wasn't.. Right now lesi sigebengu is at Nkomazi (Mpumalanga Province next to our Mozambique boarder).

This guy is terrorizing all of us including Malelane; Nkomazi at large and Matsulu. I could swear that Lesi s'gebengu is working with the SAPS why he never was arrested. Half of the township are his victims; Malelane and Nkomazi as well.
Our Honourable Cele, please help us. You are our last hope. Bring back Amabherethe to our township please.
