DEAR MINISTER,
I am so disappointed in SACAI and Umalusi.
My daughter wrote in 2022 and got distinctions. Due to negligence and poor recording equipment used by sacai moderators invigilators my daughter could not get marked on her drama examination

Please can you help me to get to the bottom of all this so that at least my daughter can study further. They are not sorting this matter out, it's taken a whole year and it's still not been sorted out with Umalusi and Sacai so between them it's a communication problem.
If you can help me a desperate mother I will so appreciate it.
