We were group of disabled people and we were in the learnership programme with the company called Desto business solution provider and mappp seta.
Our learnership programme and it was all about business management NQF level 4 under New Venture Creation (NVC).
Our learnership programme and started on 15 January 2007 15 January 2008.

During an interview process and we agreed with a stipend of R 1750,00 and by month end of January 2007 and Desto business solution provider and mappp seta and they decided to diposited a amount of R 480,00 into our bank accounts.

By 2015 I discovered that they were situated at Pretoria West and I managed to go there and they decided to stopped me not to enter into their premises and I managed to go back without discussing anything with them.
And remember that from Sebokeng in Vaal area to Pretoria West and is very costly indeed.

So now I want to sue both parties Desto business solution provider and mappp seta millions and millions for abusing disabled people financially and taking the disabled people for granted.
And is been 18 years ago and no positive outcome between Desto business solution provider and mappp seta and my bank details are still the same as 18 years ago.
Yes we were disabled people but we deserve love, respect and dignity as well.
And we reported the matter to department of labour at Schoeman street at Pretoria on the first week of February 2007.
And the department of labour and told us that they don't have a solution to our matter.
And we were so discouraged by the answer that we received from department of labour.
And we discovered that the government staff and are there in the workplace for salary not to assist South Africans.
And I discovered that if you are a disabled person in this country and no one cares about you.
And I tried to contact the following departments to intervien
President office (no answer)
Public protector (no answer)
South Africans human rights Commission (no answer).
And I discovered the government departments and are protecting each other to promote a corruption.
So now I want to sue both parties Desto business solution provider and mappp seta a 140 million and each 70 million.
And by month end of January 2008 and Desto business solution provider and mappp seta and they decided to gave us a stipend of R 240,00 and without consulting us.
So please my honourable brother assist me to fight against Desto business solution provider and mappp seta to bring back our economy.
