The State Enterprise (TSE)

As Africa is the second-fastest-growing region in the world there is an increased demand for infrastructural and technological development, so does the need for investments and debt obligations to foreign countries and institutions. This puts African countries at a disadvantage as they have to meet debt obligations, some of which are prolonged by as up to 10 years. And some due to unfavorable conditions (interest rates and bargaining power) end up not meeting their debt obligations, and they are then deemed risky and unable to secure basic loans and expanding industrial-economic capacity.

The State Enterprise seeks to solve this problem by introducing a new structure, where it becomes the point of origin for the development, financing, and completion of projects.

Our aim is to increase Africa's footprint on projects by reducing the direct footprint and monitoring done by international institutions, banks, and governments on African projects and thus placing TSE as a mediator between debt, financing, and completion of projects. This enterprise seeks to reduce debt obligations from African countries to its lenders as the enterprise will mediate, finance, and meet short-long term debt obligations on behalf of governments or clients.

This will be done with the key involvement of stakeholders such as domestic banks, investors, state corporations, and other interested corporations, including foreign institutions via TSE.

TSE will handle and negotiate on behalf of its clients and guarantees fair terms and conditions for our clients in particular African governments.

Future replies will be published here.
