Good afternoon Ma'am, our Children has been bully at Portland high Mitchell's plain, we send messages to all the departments even minister of Education in the western Cape, Our children ends up in psychiatric wards and then they must go to another school. NOTHING IS IN PLACE FOR OUR children safety at school. The principal covers up for the bullies.
