Dear braen Sandile madlingozi am writing this letter sitting in the pool of tears ,and am aware that the issue that am coming with is not suitable for politicians but base on what I have learnt somewhere somehow eff just need us to represent our non official organisation as a security guards ,so my leader here am referring now is the company so called mphosha security services which does not paying bonuses but instead they're hiring singer makhadzi with a very high cost for their own joy and celebration,I tried several unions for help but instead our colleagues get fired in daily bases.you see mhlonishwa those people are very clever as much as they can able to capitalise some of our colleagues to ensure that nobody is complaining what's so ever ,we used to get paid an amount of R7000 then later R6500 without any reasons because they knew that some of us captured under their management of course nobody tollarate that ,they just do what they want .guess what mhlonishwa even their clients Eskom already knew about this mes but what they did (nothing) instead mphosha and Eskom came to our working places discredit us by using their powers and you also not educated ,imagine in the age of 30s u still need education while you are already a parent or breadwinners ,and now we are forced to comply with psira renewal,firearm etc mhlonishwa but no increase no bonuses instead our salaries decrease everymonth and we have told that the company is in depth of taxes .mhlonishwa there is a lot of issues I can talk about but am not sure if ever this message will reach you thank you am at Mpumalanga Secunda and mhlonishwa I don't know if am in the right platform for this issue
