Why is it that nobody asks about the alleged R1,2 billion (number mrght be inaccurate) that was used for a program called Back On Track of the education department? There is to date no real evidence that the program has any positive results yet it is being run year after year with enormous amounts of tax money wasted in my opinion. There are thousands of management posts just not filled for the past 3 to 4 years. Therefore very few post level 1 post can be filled by new young entrants into education and they now have to be satisfied with governing body posts which is something that was started by the previous white schools. So many things to say.
