Victim of corruption and fraud at Moses Kotane Hosp, North West province.l was employed 1st Dec 2009 after going through all the processes of employment as a clinical nurse specialist and had signed a precontract after agreeing to the salary put on table as was advertised on City press news paper but l never received the salary that l signed for until I was forced to go on pension when I was on sick leave due to operation. I raised the complaint with Denosa Union and Nehawu , nothing happened. I was forced to open up a case with a lawyer, Mogale in Rustenburg, case was later transferred to Mogwase magistrate court and it was rulled in my favor cause there were no representative the CEO or the Dept of health, they were ordered to pay back the deference in my salary for 3 months with interest of 15% and to rectify my salary. There were lots of appeals from the Dept of health and each time they were loosing and ordered to pay the costs . I was only paid that 3 months areas with interest in the the Dec 2022 whilst l was on pension since 2018. I did raised the complaint that l was deprived of my yearly increments, bonuses and lastly my pension payment. I raised my complaints to all the heads of health including the Minister Motsoaledi by the a and l was referred to all heads of Dept of health without help. I need just in this matter please minister. I have a list of all heads of Dept s that l spoke to and their response. I have all the correspondence as evidence, thanks Minister to listen to my case.
