While I applaud youself and the Party's efforts to advocate for a Boaderless Africa, I personally think it is important to start with things that limit us to be Africans in particular education. I strongly feel that unless if a South African from UCT can go to Zim, Angola and Malawi and his or her qualifications are regarded as equivalent to those of higher education in that African country then we can say we have removed the boarder. So africa requires a body that control the quality of exams rather than all thinking cambridge is superior.
