I am a Kroonstad resident, who is very sad too see how the law enforcement officers are not taking their duties serious.
Whiles most South Africans are trying by all means to abide by the regulations, foreigners are ignored when they spit on our laws.
Here are specific incidents that I ask to be investigated,
1. There are shops who do not qualify to operate under level 4, run by foreigners such as selling only human hairs, car repairs, hair salons, furniture without electronics. They are all in CBD,
2. There are other foreigners leaving behind the Saps offices Public Safety under Brigadier Mbeloane, we see them still driving around during midnight, this in violation of the cafew.
3. There is also foreign business man, Pakistanis or Etopian, calling himself, Thabo. He sells clothes, next to KFC. He is alleged to be involved in dubious deals apparently with the local police or too politicians around. Some of his country have been bragging about how easy is it for them to obtain drivers licenses, trading licenses, etc. They "when you need anything here in SA, contact Thabo", even for bail out when they are arrested. This requires outside Free State law enforcers to come and investigate this allegations. There is no smoke without fire.
I travel in township and town, but since the start of the lockdow, I have never seen any road block in Kroonstad, but we will have police and SANDF who claim to have been deployed in Kroonstad claiming S&Ts, for services not rendered. That's blatant fraud.
