A young mother of 3 has been blacklisted for being in arrears for her rent. She now cannot move to a less expensive house as she is blacklisted.

Estate agencies are blacklisting thousands of tenants who will now be deprived of accommodation for up to 5 years and the agencies all use the TPN system, effectivley barring the poorer struggling people from being able to rent a property.

This is one of the silent tragedies of the pandemic.
