Dear Ms Gwarube id like to firstly congratulate you on your new position as Minister of Basic Education. What saddens me is the failure of a construction company that fails to finish constructing a primary school in lamontville were black kids study in classrooms that dont have electricity , no windows and no doors . Is this a condition a black child must learn under is this still the educational environment our parents fought for ,for our kids to be taught in such conditions?
A company was appointed in 2018 and failed to do the job another one was appointed last year and its end dste to finish construction was on the 8th of June till today there is no movement
So as a concerned young black youth living in the township i urge that you take this matter into consideration and may there be further investigation done even in our kzn educational structures and nationally

I trust that you will deliver
I hope this message finds you in a state were heart is open to changing lives
