Dear Minister
The changing of SASSA cards is madness. How do you expect old age pensioners to get to the different points and stand in long queues for hours on end. Some of the points in the Western Cape are in dangerous places so how can be stand there from early in the morning as a female by herself. I live in Kenwyn, and there are really no facilities near me that do it except Postbank in Claremont. I do not have transport and besides that how do I pay for it with no money.
PLEASE EXTEND THE DEADLINE.
