We have been working with the SA Consulate in New York for over a year to get my birth certificate corrected as this is a CRITICAL piece of my immigration application that will expire if we do not produce this document by September 1, 2025. The Consulate and I have been trying to reach the head of the corrections department Khubu Matlala Khudu.Matlala@dha.gov.za and Marylyn Ndholvu Marilyn.Ndhlovu@dha.gov.za, but they do not respond to calls, texts or emails. Can you PLEASE help us resolve this. The application has been submitted and we just need the corrected and apostilled birth certificate returned to the US Consulate in NY by next month. Thank you.
