Dear Minister

Please can I ask for a process to help people like me escalate applications that have run months over time. At present our only resolve is to call the call center every second day only to be told the same thing which leads to much frustration. I urgently need a copy of my marriage certificate and my husband's birth certificate (applications were logged in November 2019) and am frustrated at the lack of information as to a next step or way to resolve the issue.
