I was going through the reply to question NW966 and noted that the said beneficiary to the above-mentioned farm, is deceased. I understand that the farm was registered under a family trust, being part of the family, none of us actually know the trustees or beneficiaries of this farm, apart from the person who was running it Motsie Mopeli.

How can we access this information so that we approach the people who have taken a portion of the land illegally?
