How do we, as South African citizens, know that the submissions for the BELA Bill are all accurately counted and that no corruption takes place?

What stops the DBE or Parliament from saying that most submissions are in favour of the BELA Bill, even if they are not?

Will every count be supervised by all parties?

We need reassurance.
We need to know that we can trust our government.
