I am in an urgent need of a meeting with yourself or your deputy if at all possible . I am been held hostage by the western cape department of transport on the Natis system and are being denied my vehicle licenses which prevents me from operating . I have laid a charge against them in 2016 at the SAPS and is since so ever having trouble with progress in my case . Please Sir if you can find it in any way to assist me I would realy appreciate it as not the minister nor the dept of transport of the western cape is prepared to help me . It is not only myself suffering with this kind of matter but thousands of South Africans as well . I will not take more than an Hour of your time please
