Dear Minister

In few words; some laboured for over 20 years, no benefits, no pension and some succumb because of stressful conditions at work. We are both products of ECD; creche, nannies and day care centres.

Minister kindly do the right thing and transform the economic standard of our teachers, in particular, Grade R. Some earns R2500 in Eastern Cape without proper contracts. We need more Grade R teachers and more classrooms for allocation. Our classroom must at least consist of 30/1. We must also keep Grade R at the ECD centres for choice and capacity.
