Died on the 31 August 2020.
She lost her life killed by her husband who stayed in custody for 3 days.
The way she died and circumstance surrounding her death suggest one thing. It is true I do not have any credentials to make any findings on the matter, hence, even the mother of the deceased and other concerned family members want the court to hear this matter and make its own findings.
I request you to read her affidavit/protection order which was violated in the process. The mother of the deceased lady and her two girl children are living in fear. This guy killed the women dumped children with their granny who is a pensioner, He does not bring their clothes, they wear one garment and wash it so that they can have something to wear the next day.
Their gates are always locked because of fear. This are kind of criminals left to roam our streets freely, our women's safety is deliberately compromised.
Police in two stations know about this but someone has taken a bribe I assume (Hence a need for through investigation), the case has already been stricken off the court roll.
In her affidavit she pleaded for police to help her, they send her back to her killer who did not hesitate to slaughter her, they failed her dismally. I do not know if such stations should even exist, if they cannot protect women and children pleading for the right leave.
Why should anyone plead for their right to leave.
