Dear Dean McPherson, I was happy to hear that the government is now targeting companies who are paid in full before work begins then abandons projects after a weeks work. Targeting the company is not good enough if all monies paid is not recovered. Companies doing this should be black listed even though they return for tenders under a different name.

I'm happy that the DA is part of the government. Keep up the good work.
