Morning
I went to apply for my ID and passport with my husband. The consultant made an error on my application that needs to be cancelled by your head office. That was a month ago. Nothing has been done. I've called everyone, emailed everyone, nobody responds . The consultant says it's my fault and that if I continue calling him he will block me. My husband received his already and my mom. The error made needs to be cancelled first before I can reapply. We cannot make any plans as mine is not done. What must I do???
